Google MCM for Android apps in India
Google MCM (Multiple Customer Management) works for Android apps as well as websites. Your app has to be public on a supported store, pass Google's app readiness review with a valid app-ads.txt, and use ad unit codes that carry both the parent's and your network code. Approval is Google's decision.

Can Android apps join Google MCM?
Yes. Google's app setup guide lists the stores it supports, including Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, Xiaomi GetApps, OPPO App Market and VIVO App Store, which covers the stores most Indian users install from. A private Google Play app can't be linked or reviewed. The app has to be publicly available.
What does Google check before an app can serve ads?
New apps go through an app readiness review and need a valid app-ads.txt before they can fully serve ads. Under the IAB app-ads.txt standard, that file sits on the developer website listed on your store page, so that website has to be live and reachable.
How do the ad unit codes change?
Google says to update the app ad unit code with the parent and child network codes, in the same pattern as on the web: /parent_network_code,child_network_code/ad_unit. The partner gives you its network code; your own network code comes from your Ad Manager account.
Which App ID goes in the app?
Only one Ad Manager App ID can be declared in an app at a time, so it can't carry both the parent's and the child's App ID. For Manage Inventory child apps that use SDK Bidding, Google says to use the parent's Ad Manager App ID, so bidders get the placement information they need.
Manage Inventory or Manage Account for an app?
The same rules apply as for websites: Manage Inventory gives the partner no access to your account and allows up to 15 partners, while Manage Account allows one partner with edit access. For a first test, Manage Inventory keeps your account untouched. See Manage Account vs Manage Inventory.
What AdxDesk does and doesn't do for apps
Before sending any invite, I check the app against the points above: public on a supported store, a live developer website for app-ads.txt, and ad units ready for the parent-child code. I don't promise approval, I don't charge anything upfront, and I don't need your Play Console or Ad Manager login.
