About
A real person, in Agra
Most sites in this business don't say who is behind them. That's usually the first thing a publisher should notice.
Who I am
I'm Umashankar Kushwah. I've spent years running websites — buying domains, building them, ranking them, and dealing with the parts nobody writes tutorials about: policy reviews, traffic quality, and what actually makes a page earn.
AdxDesk is the publisher-facing side of that. I work with an established MCM parent who holds Google Ad Manager 360 access, and I bring publishers onto it — screening each site first, handling the setup, and reporting the numbers every month.
I'm not a large company and I'm not pretending to be one. Right now that means you deal with me directly, and I answer within a few hours.
To be explicit about credentials: I'm not a Google Certified Publishing Partner. If anyone in this market tells you they are, ask them to show you their listing on Google's partner directory — it's public, and it takes ten seconds to check.
How the arrangement works
I'm honest about the structure because publishers deserve to know it. Google grants AdX access to approved parent publishers. I'm not that parent — I work through one. That means:
- Your invite comes from a Google-approved MCM parent network
- I work with more than one parent network, so there's an alternative if the first isn't right for your category or geography
- Approval is decided by Google's policy review, not by me or the parent
- I earn from a share of your revenue — nothing else, and nothing upfront
- If your site underperforms, I've got the same problem you have
Why I turn sites away
Every publisher on a parent account shares that account's health. One site with purchased traffic or policy-violating content can put everyone else's revenue at risk. So screening isn't me being difficult — it's the only way this stays working for the publishers who are already on it.
If I tell you your site won't pass, that's not a sales tactic. It's me saving us both a month.
Ask me anything, including
Which parent network your site sits on. How many publishers I handle. How many have been terminated and why. When payments land. What my cut is. If a partner won't answer these — for me or anyone else — that's your answer.
